PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Our construction crews started this project by selectively demolishing the property owner’s old boat house. By doing so, the crews were able to save a portion of the lumber for re-use. They drove pressure treated pilings, then secured 8×10 timbers on top of the pilings for a new foundation.
