An existing boardwalk was replaced with a waterfro

An existing boardwalk was replaced with a waterfront entrance leading into Hyannis Harbor. By first removing the pre-existing boardwalk, the crews were able to construct an expansive 200-foot boardwalk with Ipe hardwood decking and handrails. The boardwalk features benches with overlooking the harbor and finished with an understated rope safety rail.

Bulkhead Replacement in Cotuit

We replaced a failing concrete wall with a vinyl sheet piling bulkhead. Vinyl sheet piling is has a long service life and is corrosion resistant.

This project will reduce the impact of extreme weather and tides, protecting the property edge from erosion. The extended height of the bulkhead provides protection from flooding.

Your neighbors are going to think you have a new dock.

Our Maintenance Department pressure washed the entire structure removing the algae and lichen. The handrails were given a sanding to smooth out the natural weathered grain of the wood. The pilings were crowned with Arcryfin to protect & give a well finished look to the pilings.

Does the neighborhood beach need new stairs?

This set of stairs was recently rebuilt for a neighborhood HOA in Dennis, MA. The framing was properly stabilized to the existing revetment.
The new staircase was constructed with timber posts and cross-bracing. The client upgraded to @theazekcompany composite material for the stair treads and handrail cap.

A composite material like @timbertech is durable and can withstand weathering on this ocean beachfront. The maintenance is minimal; it doesn’t splinter or require seasonal sanding or any staining or finish.

This waterfront infrastructure project was a multifaceted use of equipment and crew skills. Steel sheet piling was used in this setting due to its strength and loadbearing capacity.

This project was 100% self-performed by @beaconmarine, using our heavy equipment, cranes, and vibratory hammer.
