Maintenance Crew Member

Beacon Marine Construction, LLC., is the leading specialty marine construction company on Cape Cod focused on building connections to the waterfront for residential, commercial, and public properties.

The Maintenance Crew Member installs and removes seasonal floats, repairs, rebuilds piers, fabricates floats; design, install, and maintain ice prevention systems.  Position is accountable to the Foreman for:

  • Completing projects within budget guidelines
  • Manage man hours assigned to each project
  • Daily communication with the Maintenance Superintendent 
  • Training crew members on skills in a job as needed

You are our Ideal Candidate if you have:

  • Rigging & working around cranes
  • Pile Driving
  • Many other trade skills such as welding and excavating.

Beacon Marine Construction, LLC., offers Comprehensive Pay based on experience and fit within our company culture.

Experience:  Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred) 

License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License (Required)

Salary:  $20 – $30/hr based on Experience & Skill

Schedule:

  • Year Around
  • Full Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Weekends are unusual but occasionally required during peak season

Expected Hours:  40 – 45 hours per week
